This position will build and lead a team of technical Component Quality Engineers with focus on all electronic, electro-mechanical and mechanical commodity suppliers for Generac Clean Energy products. The successful candidate and team will aid in the selection and supplier qualification for all commodity suppliers, manage the technical aspects of the individual component commodities and cover all technical process audits and problem resolution. Candidates should be passionate about assuring high quality, defect free parts and subassemblies are delivered for the manufacture of final assemblies.
