You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at maximizing function, mobility and quality of life for patients. Responsibilities: General Physiatry in an outpatient setting Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose and evaluate physical impairments, functional limitations and disabilities Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient\'s needs Implement evidence-based interventions, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, medications, injections and other modalities to manage pain, improve function and enhance quality of life Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, surgeons, neurologists and other specialists as needed Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient\'s progress Provide patient education and counseling on self-management strategies, adaptive techniques, assistive devices and community resources Inpatient unit coverage at Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin (RHOW) Participate in one...
