The MD will execute project plans for target markets, coordinate planning, and review sessions with key stakeholders. The MD role will complete tasks within a defined timeline for achieving desired saturation rates. The MD role will also monitor and track key standards and metrics, identifying solutions that drive continuous improvement. The MD must be a highly motivated individual with sales background, and leads with behaviors that encourage innovation, change, and teamwork. Engage in market development tours based on customer lists, service details, and new store information. Execute weekly saturation tours with an emphasis on the value of DSD and BBU\'s brands. Achieve all DSDE Key Objectives and Results (DKORs) for MD role. Responsible for ensuring all aspects of new accounts are achieved; first day set up, proper orders, and alleviating customer concerns.
