JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Details Job Location Wisconsin Centrifugal - Waukesha, WI Position Type Full Time Salary Range \$20.51 - \$30.78 Hourly Description Set up, adjust and operate tracer lathes, cutoff saw and miscellaneous machining equipment to perform a variety of machining operations of a roughing nature and standardized work to close tolerances. Speeds, feeds and operational sequences usually established but operator may adjust or modify within standard machining practice. Work from routings, process sheets and blueprints to perform roughing operations. Select tools to meet requirements and operating conditions. Ensure heat number traceability. Initiate process change requests and maintain accurate records of operations. Perform machine clean-outs and other general labor as needed. Qualifications General knowledge of machining practices. Knowledge of shop math and blueprints. Experience with precision measuring instruments. Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. and perform repetitive, heavy pushing and pulling.
