Aerotek Machine Operator in Waukesha, Wisconsin

Aerotek is hiring for a filler machine operator. This position will be performing food production machine operating, adhering to GMP guidelines and ensuring product meets quality standards. The current openings are on 2nd or 3rd shift paying up to $26 an hour.

Description:

  • Operator will need to learn a variety of jobs including blending, intake and more to ensure product quality and conformity in order to meet customer standards and specifications.

  • Operator will be required to pass all applicable testing that is required for these areas.

  • Responsible for reporting unsafe conditions to manager along with and food safety violations.

  • Records data collection materials.

  • Comply with HACCP and GMP protocols for production.

  • Follow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements as trained.

  • Maintain safe work practices at all times.

  • Ensure good housekeeping in working area.

  • Perform monthly/weekly preventative maintenance program.

  • Demonstrate high degree of ownership for product quality, understanding of production schedules and work instructions.

  • Perform other tasks as negotiated with supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Production experience

  • Detail oriented

  • GMP, food manufacturing and/or medical manufacturing experience preferred
