Job Title: Female Mental Health Support Worker
Hours: Full time working long day shifts.
Week 1 - 8:00am-20:00pm over 3 days, Week 2 - 8:00am-20:00pm over 4 days, every other weekend.
Pay : £10.50 per active hour

We are looking for the stars of tomorrow, you will be working as part of a team providing support for individuals that are recovering from a mental health condition. You will help some amazing people get back on their feet and achieve their dreams.

You will provide recovery-focused support to service users in accordance with their support plans. You will have a high-level skill-set in positive communication and engagement and will be able to demonstrate unconditional respect for the people we support.
You will have the maturity to work within a positive framework, supporting tenants to maintain a healthy state of mental and emotional wellbeing. You will also have the opportunity to plan, alongside members of the Adults circle of support, to enable individuals to be happy, healthy, and successful in achieving their life goals.
We value the personal skills and interests you can bring to the role and to the lives of the service users we support, such as: sports, arts and crafts, music, and cooking to name but a few.
You will be required to work in a flexible manner on a roster basis including evenings, weekends. Previous experience working with Mental Health needs is preferred – what we need most from you is a genuine desire to support individuals in their recovery and a can-do attitude.
