JOB REQUIREMENTS: Operations Sales Coordinator - Pork Products and Medical Tissues - 51032 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Job Posting Operations Sales Coordinator - Pork Products and Medical Tissues Position Overview: The Sustainable Swine Resources (SSR) division focuses on driving value optimization and sustainability for the porcine tissue and pork product/ raw materials available from our harvest facilities. The individual in this position will be responsible for the overall business logistics working closely with Operations, the SSR Team, and SSR Customers to consistently deliver high quality porcine material and have the highest impact on customer success. This is an opportunity to act as an owner to continuously realize maximum value and societal importance of porcine raw materials. Responsibilities: * Lead with operational team for quality production of life science and pharmaceutical materials * Lead team for flawless commercialization of new products across all sectors of products * Maintain quality service by collaborating cross-functionally to meet and maintain customer requirements including customer set up and order processing * Maintain and update product specifications, regulatory documents and ensure harvest standards are accurate * Identify and implement cost management opportunities across the SSR supply chain * Oversee customer visits and assist as required for customer audits * Develop supporting business cases for new products and modifications to existing products * Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset to improve operationally as well as the consumer experience * Work closely with the SSR team, operations, and supporting team members while effectively communicating throughout all levels of the organization * Regular presence at fresh plants to support operational teams We have a culture built on the idea that if we make developing your talents our top priority, great business results will follow naturally.
