JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1st Shift Finished Goods Line Machine Operator - 51026 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Finished Goods Line- Machine Operator Line 1 1st Shift Position Overview Your contribution will ensure that Johnsonville products are of the highest quality and meet our defined standards of safety. You\'ll learn about a variety of line processes, expanding your existing knowledge for application into the business of making sausage. There is unlimited opportunity for growth as you become an active contributor to the Finished Goods Line Team and assist your team in the quest for continual improvement. Essential Duties / Responsibilities * Operate and learn different machines/positions on the line which may include: * Labeler * Wrapping Machine operator * Case packing operator * Quality Enhancement Specialist * Casings * Meat Delivery * Stuffing operator * Traying * Line Support * Proper set up and teardown of equipment * Accurately perform SAP transactions in regards to job duties * Take ownership for your personal safety and the safety of all Members working around you Location: Watertown, WI Coach for this position: Katie Mares, Team Leader (We don\'t have bosses at Johnsonville. We have Coaches. They are there to help you develop your talents. They cannot make you run laps.) Member Status: Full Time, Hourly (At Johnsonville, you are not an employee.
