Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Watertown, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting with an inventory count project, focusing on the data entry aspect. Your responsibilities will not include the physical count, but rather the entry and management of relevant data including part numbers and quantities of items.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently entering data related to the inventory count project.

• Utilizing 10-key punch skills for data input.

• Managing high volumes of data entry with a keen focus on detail and accuracy.

• Assisting with the maintenance and organization of the data entered.

• Collaborating with the team to ensure all data is recorded and updated in a timely manner.

• Utilizing strong numeric data entry skills to ensure accuracy in the quantities of items.

• Resolving any data discrepancies or issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all data.

• Regularly updating team members and supervisors on progress.

• Adhering to all data standards and regulations during the data entry process. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry tasks, both alphabetic and numeric

• Demonstrable 10-key skills

• Experience in high-volume data entry environments

• Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry

• Familiarity with common data entry software and tools

• Strong attention to detail

• Good time management skills to meet deadlines

• Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite or similar software

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
