MercyOne Waterloo Urology
Fully staffed urology clinic with own RN
Urology clinic has 3 procedure rooms (each fully equipped with Cystoscope/Olympus video), 12 exam rooms, on-site lab, Ultrasound, and GE Ultrasound (with Biopsy Probe and Transducer)
3.5 days in clinic and 1 day OR
State of the art – da Vinci XI with integrated table motion – seeking provider to lead our urology robotic surgery.
Surgery and outpatient procedures are performed at MercyOne Waterloo campus, which is located just 5 minutes away from the office.
Compensation/Benefits
$590K guarantee for 3 years + Production Incentive
Income potential $650K+ on production
Monthly Fellowship Stipend
$30K Starting Bonus
$15,000 Relocation
Longevity Bonus: $30K in year 2 and $30K in year 3

Part of an employed multi-specialty group with more than 180 providers in northeast Iowa - physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners with established referral patterns
