MercyOne Waterloo Urology

  • Fully staffed urology clinic with own RN

  • Urology clinic has 3 procedure rooms (each fully equipped with Cystoscope/Olympus video), 12 exam rooms, on-site lab, Ultrasound, and GE Ultrasound (with Biopsy Probe and Transducer)

  • 3.5 days in clinic and 1 day OR

  • State of the art – da Vinci XI with integrated table motion – seeking provider to lead our urology robotic surgery.

  • Surgery and outpatient procedures are performed at MercyOne Waterloo campus, which is located just 5 minutes away from the office.

Compensation/Benefits

  • $590K guarantee for 3 years + Production Incentive

  • Income potential $650K+ on production

  • Monthly Fellowship Stipend

  • $30K Starting Bonus

  • $15,000 Relocation

  • Longevity Bonus: $30K in year 2 and $30K in year 3

  • Employer paid Malpractice and Tail coverage.

  • Health insurance is a shared premium with 3 plan options.
