The Excavation team job duties are as follows:

  • Team member to assist and complete tasks on jobsites primarily but not limited to residential house sites. Assisting with digging trenches and laying drainage, power and water pipes, digging foundation holes, building roads, building septic systems, lot clearing and shaping and other excavation jobs.
  • Assisting with various excavation labor-related tasks including, but not limited to; excavation, hand-digging with a shovel, raking stone and soils to grade, cutting and gluing PVC pipe, digging holes and trenches and project clean up.
  • Assisting with lifting heavy materials, must be able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs., push and pull up to 60 lbs., and stand or walk for up to eight (8) hours each day.
  • With proper training and/or experience, operating various excavation equipment including excavators, skid steers, backhoes, bulldozers, laser transits for grade work, jackhammers, and compactors
  • With valid drivers license and good driving record, may drive various company vehicles on occasion
