Come join our Oncology team at Saint Mary's Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Of New England!
Position Purpose
This position provides coverage to our Front Office Team. This role is responsible for check in, scanning, pre-registration WQ, appointment confirmations & answers office phones.
What you will do
Responsible for the accurate registration, co-pay collection and scheduling of patients within the practices
Assists internal and external customers with all clerical tasks within the office
Motivated to provide patient-centered experiences, compassion for the human spirit and mind, advocacy and education for the patient and families, and collaboration with all those who touch our patients.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of one year experience working in a physician’s office preferably in a similar capacity
Familiarity with medical terminology required
