POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Five years related experience in electrical and HVAC system maintenance required. S-2 and E-2 licenses

are required.

The salary range for this position starts at Step 1 $49.78 and progresses in accordance with the union contract. Check out the career site for an overview of our benefits.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Individual will perform skilled maintenance, installation and repair work on both the buildings and building

equipment. Duties include: Making scheduled tests and inspections; Determining necessary work on

building equipment and fixtures including but not limited to the HVAC system, refrigeration equipment,

electrical and electronic controls, pneumatic equipment, and lighting systems, etc.; Performing skilled

work in connection with the installation, removal, operations and maintenance of the buildings, building

equipment and other related physical plant.

Individuals must be able to perform skilled work in connection with the installation, removal, operations
