REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in a production environment preferred. Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times. JOB DESCRIPTION: Ensure that all material dumped into the floor feed hopper matches the information specified on the timesheet. Brush off all drums, bags, and super sacks before opening and dumping the virgin material into the floor feed hopper. Visually inspect the virgin material and finished product for any signs of contamination. If any foreign material or materials appear to be out of specification, immediately notify the production leader. Weigh off material ensuring accurate measurements. Label, seal, and wipe off excess material from outgoing packages. Record and initial on the time sheet the time of day that a drum, super sack, or bag is removed from the product spout. Sweep the floor regularly to maintain cleanliness in the production area. Clean the dust collector and ensure its proper functioning. Maintain the general cleanliness and organization of the production room. Assist in assembling, tearing down, and cleaning machinery as needed. Strictly adhere to the policy of not bringing any virgin material into the processing room nor removing any finished material from the room. Shifts Available: 8:00am-4:00pm, 4:00pm-12:00am,12:00am-8:00pm Benefits Available after 1 year. Uniforms provided after 30 days.
