Naval Facilities Engineering Command FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in Washington Navy Yard, District Of Columbia

Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Strategy and Future Requirements (BD5) AND of NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD WASH. Responsibilities You will participate and assist in data cleansing efforts, design sessions, and mock testing led by BSO 52. You will engage with external stakeholders and other BSO 52 ERP Transition IPTs to plan and execute the overall migration. You will leverage expertise of other SYSCOM commands previously migrated to ERP and NAVFAC counterparts to facilitate implementation plan. You will coordinate and develop standard operating procedures, SOPs. Design and communicate data element translation/crosswalks (CFMS/SABRS to ERP). You will demonstrate experience in participating in high level briefs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Serves as lead financial management analyst for the organization while keeping leadership informed of the organizations' plan and progress through the migration; 2) Arranges training of ERP users and associated stakeholders of new processes within the business management system and related applications; 3) Communicates and coordinates all migration phases for the NAVFAC Washington AOR to include business and support lines outside of financial management; 4) Demonstrates networking ability through written and oral communication with all levels of the NAVFAC community, business line, support line and functional area managers within the Command, financial counterparts within NAVFAC's Supported Commanders community, and the DoD's Defense Finance and Accounting Service, DFAS.; and 5) Leads teams successfully.
