KeenLogic Videographer in Washington, District Of Columbia

KeenLogic is seeking a talented and successful Videographer to support a CAO enterprise-wide project as well CEC related activities and initiatives. This position will be on-site in Washington, DC offering full health benefits, 401K, PTO, and Life Insurance.

Work hours: 40 hours per week, during the core business hours of 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hours/day)

The Videographer - CAO Coach role is integral to the dynamic team of a leading organization focused on creating innovative video content for a diverse audience. This role is designed for a creative and technically skilled professional who can conceptualize, execute, and deliver high-quality video projects. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various departments to produce engaging and educational content for both digital and in-person platforms. This position requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and strong project management skills to support the organization's mission of delivering impactful visual communications.

The Videographer - CAO Coach will be responsible for managing video projects from initial concept through to final production. This includes working closely with team members to develop original content, executing on-location shoots, and handling post-production tasks such as editing and sound design. The role also involves supporting live multi-camera events and creating virtual classes or breakout sessions. The candidate must possess a strong understanding of video production techniques, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements.

  • Degree/certification in communications, graphic design, video production, digital communications, or related field preferred

  • 5+ years of experience editing, creating, and maintaining digital and online video content

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects

  • Skill/experience with graphic design and animation tools preferred

  • Experience posting, linking, and embedding content online including using YouTube

  •  Ability and comfort to make multiple rounds of revisions on tight time frame

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Complex problem-solving skills and strong analytical abilities

  • Ability to operate effectively in a team environment

  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and competing priorities

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Need to be able to work out of the DC office on a routine basis

    The Videographer will be responsible for working as part of a team, the applicant will be responsible for assisting in the conceptualization and execution of video projects throughout all phases of production. Duties include:

  • Collaborating internally to develop original content and creative strategy

  • Shooting, lighting, capturing audio, and directing on-location shoots for a diverse range of video content

  • Handling technical aspects such as color correction, soundtrack selection, maintaining and organizing a database of video/media assets, sound design, and other components of the postproduction process

  • Assisting in the creation of in person and virtual classes/breakout sessions/etc.

  • Filming live multi-camera events for on-location streaming or digital distribution
