Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Relativity Administrator to join our Enterprise Operations team, and assist in managing our Relativity platform. As a Relativity Administrator, you will contribute and maintain the Relativity configuration, infrastructure, maintenance, and optimization of the Relativity environment to support our customer's eDiscovery and legal document review processes. You will collaborate with legal and IT teams to ensure the platform's smooth operation, user access, and data security. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Relativity, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment.

Offer is contingent on completion of contract modification.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Relativity platform, including managing user permissions, security settings, and workspace configurations.
  • Support of Relativity applications, including but not limited to, Processing, ARM, Blackout, SYSTRAN, Analytics, etc.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance tasks to optimize Relativity's efficiency and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Relativity platform and integrations with other eDiscovery tools.
  • Work with DBAs to understand resource usage and troubleshoot front-end issues that generate back-end errors (e,g, Long Running Queries).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Relativity features and enhancements, and provide recommendations for platform improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure data privacy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Desired Skills:

  • At least three years managing and supporting Relativity environment
  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or Relativity Infrastructure Specialist Certification
  • Experience modifying and running SQL scripts
  • Experience administering NUIX workstation
  • Experience administering Rampiva workflow engine for Nuix

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Must possess minimum of 8 years' of experience

Requirements:

  • U.S Citizenship is required.
  • Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
  • This position is hybrid (on-site/remote). Candidate will be required to work on-site at minimum, three days a week.
