VectorCSP Sr Program and Financial Management Specialist Support - Earned Value Management (EVM) in Washington, District Of Columbia

Job Summary:

The United Stated Coast Guard (USCG) Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) (CG-9322), Polar Security Cutter (PSC) (CG-9326), Waterways Commerce Cutter (WCC) (CG-9327), Domestic Icebreaking (DOMICE) (CG-9326DOMICE), and the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) programs require support to facilitate Program Management Offices (PMO) programmatic, financial, systems engineering, logistics, configuration management, administrative, and documentation support. These Program Offices are in various stages of the Acquisition Lifecycle Framework (ALF).

Education and Experience:

  • DHS/DAWIA Project Management Level II certification

  • Five years experience supporting Major Acquisition Program(s) (DHS/USCG Level 1, DoD ACAT I or equivalent) in Budget, Financial and EVM

    Essential Duties:

    CG-9322, CG-9326, CG-9327, CG-9326DOMICE, and USACE require acquisition and program support services focused on technical, logistical, administrative, and management capabilities and expertise. The ULC Program and Financial Management Specialist supports USCG PMO acquisition programs by:

  • Providing cost and EVM analysis, financial risk analysis, project management, budgeting, planning, and affordability analysis

    Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

  • Proficient with MS Office products, specifically Word, Power Point, SharePoint, and Excel.
