This Senior Financial Analyst will support the MONARCH Platform Plant Controller in meeting all accounting and finance related deliverables, and in partnership with the RAD Supply Chain organization including business support function, FP&A and broader MedTech SC teams.

We are looking for a candidate who has strong product cost and manufacturing processes knowledge, advanced data analytics and problem-solving skills, experience with SAP/ERP(FICO module), solid accounting and finance-related experience, and a record of process improvement to support forecasting and reporting accuracy. This individual must be a strong team player ,with strong business acumen and self-driven , who thrives in a multifaceted and fast-paced environment and who has excellent critical thinking and communication skills.

In this exciting role, you will :

  • Lead and support the period close and P&L related management and financial reporting.

  • Design and analyze the P&L and B/S management reports including GP model and inventory reports.

  • Perform and model accurate reporting and projection on COGS (e.g., Labor, Overhead, PPV, and MUV).

  • Business Partner for OPEX/HC/CAPEX forecasting, track and assess business performance.

  • Continuously identify and drive process improvements and automation for better efficiency in reporting and analyzing financial information.

  • Lead ad-hoc analysis, scenario planning, data validations to support strategic projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and experience in crafting solutions with expertise in Excel, and experience in SAP FICO and material master knowledge is required.

  • Prior experience with Supply chain finance and cost accounting is required.

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in accounting and/or Finance.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of finance business partnering experience is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of establishing relationships with cross-functional business partners.

  • Self-motivated, positive and passionate about driving continuous improvement of systems and processes.

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills.

  • This position is a hybrid role base out of Santa Clara, CA.

The base pay range for this position is $76,000 - $121,900 USD

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
