What You'll Do

Ignyte is looking for a ServiceNow Technology Consultant that is passionate about creating innovative solutions across various industries that address critical business problems using the latest digital technologies. You’ll be challenged daily as you will play a key role in leading multiple project types to successful completion. Your everyday tasks can range from working with clients to plan and implement their technology solutions, to generate operational reports or KPI analysis, and to work with designers to create user interfaces.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (information systems, engineering, or other technical degree preferred)

  • Graduate degree not required but a plus

  • 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow development and/or implementation

  • Relevant consulting experience with a technical background

  • “Big 4” consulting experience is a plus

  • Create and develop innovative solutions addressing client's business requirements in consideration of process design, ServiceNow technical best practice and standards

  • Experience in designing use cases, categorizing requirements, and creating functional and requirement specifications documents

  • Ability to create high-quality presentations, models, and analyses, and other deliverables and present them to clients and upper management

  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Critical Path development and implementation methodologies

  • Experience in Software Development Lifecycles and development languages such as Python and JavaScript

  • Possesses strong ability to develop and manage work plans to address client requests and tasks

  • Experience leading small to medium teams by example to achieve project goals and complete major deliverables 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with colleagues and executives alike

  • Hard working, self-motivated individuals who are comfortable handling ambiguity and able to successfully complete tasks within deadlines with limited supervision

  • Creative, “big picture” thinking while maintaining a keen attention to detail

  • Ability to assist in proposal writing for business development opportunities

  • Ability to set, manage and meet expectations and deadlines

  • Strong Desktop App skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
