Arlluk Technology Solutions , a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Web Developer – Level II with a Secret Clearance to support ATS and our government customer in Washington, DC. This is a hybrid opportunity which requires onsite work 3 days per week.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Working with customers to help define and document requirements.

  • Working with development team members to modify existing and/or code new custom applications.

  • Coordinating with data owners to ensure appropriate controls are placed on data distribution.

  • Responsible for creating dashboards using MS Office 365 tools.

  • Provide tier 3 technical support to application owners when coding or integration issues arise.

  • Responsible for application development using Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Responsible for supporting, updating, and securing existing web applications.

  • Serve as liaison between senior management and IT management for Power Platform and SharePoint operations.

  • Conduct Power Platform training for domestic and overseas customers, as necessary.

  • Provide site architecture analysis and determine structure for the various SharePoint sites.

  • Design and create web-based forms.

  • Implement workflow to automate administrative processes.

  • Design and develop advanced reporting capabilities.

  • Technical support in all facets of web technology from site planning, design, development and maintenance to working with the database engineer on data base connections, data repositories, etc.

  • Assist in preparing certification and accreditation materials for required applications.

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 3+ years Power Platform experience.

  • 3+ years SharePoint development experience (Office 365).

  • Experience evaluating existing business processes to recommend and implement appropriate Power Platform or SharePoint-based solutions.

  • Experience with Power BI preferred.

  • Knowledge of Power Automate.

  • Knowledge of information assurance practices and methodologies

  • 3+ years training experience instructing end users on web applications and usage.

  • Ability to train and mentor a small group of technical staff.

  • Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision in a highly charged and fast paced environment.

  • Present deliverables to audiences with a wide variety to technical knowledge and expertise in support of the design team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with customer service, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience supporting third party web parts in a web development environment.

  • Secret Clearance required.

Working Environment & Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.

The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
