Leidos Senior Software Engineer in Washington, District Of Columbia

Description

Leidos is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with an active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility, to support a dynamic customer in Washington DC. This person will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications and software. We are currently expanding our team to support our federal customer, a world-wide recognized organization responsible for law enforcement and intelligence efforts. This project is to provide senior level guidance and management for a Federal Identity and Access Management team.

Primary Responsibilities:

•Implement the overall strategy, planning, evaluation, and implementation of the Identify & Access Management stack.

•Execute technology frameworks and technology roadmaps.

•Document technical engineering designs, approaches and strategies.

•Develop/engineer identity management software workflows and other COTS software configurations.

•Support new customer requirements for the creation of new identity management policy, identity management workflows, and other COTS/GOTS software configurations.

•Use of Scaled AGILE Framework (SAFe): Assist with identifying and championing the completion of Features, User Stories, and associated acceptance criterion, risk, and dependencies that strategically align with and are in support of the business need.

•Design system integration plans by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; and writing specifications and use cases.

•Maintain Identity and Access Management Oracle products including Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD), and Oracle Internet Directory (OID).

•Provide knowledge transfer and hands-on training to other team members.

•Review existing procedures and implement efficiency improvements to include automation of manual processes.

•Configure and implement Role and Attribute Based Access Control Policies.

Basic Qualifications:

•7 – 10 years of software development experience

•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related equivalent

•Must have a current Top-Secret Clearance with the capability of obtaining SCI / CI-Poly if needed to meet contract requirements

•Advanced level experience with Oracle Identity Management

•Advanced level experience with Red Hat operating system

Preferred Qualifications:

•Experience using SharePoint, Internet Information Services (IIS), Web Services, the .NET Framework, Java, SailPoint

•Experience with Operating systems MS SCCM/SCOM, TCP/IP, Firewall rules, SSL, system management / monitoring SNMP

•Knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS/Azure Active Directory synchronization and management

•Experience with determining operational system objectives by studying business functions and evaluating output requirements

•Experience developing and deploying custom IT solutions/configurations, including full regression suite testing

•Strong technical writing skills

Pay Range:

Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
