We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow PMO Project Manager to join our team for a prestigious Randstad client in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Project Management Office (PMO) best practices and significant experience managing enterprise-level ServiceNow projects. This role requires expertise in budget management, program oversight, and strategic project execution within an enterprise PMO environment. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow implementations, drive efficiency, and manage risks while ensuring projects align with the organization's strategic objectives.

responsibilities:
Lead and manage enterprise-level ServiceNow projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all deliverables meet business requirements and project goals.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple ServiceNow projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
Establish and maintain PMO standards, best practices, and governance processes for managing large-scale projects.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, align resources, and communicate progress to senior leadership.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, promoting transparency and accountability within the project team.
Utilize performance metrics and data-driven analysis to measure project success and implement continuous improvement practices.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant project management methodologies, standards, and frameworks, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
