Eagle Harbor, LLC , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking Senior Program and Financial Management Specialist /Consultant with extensive experience in federal budget development/management, financial management, and Earned Value Management (EVM) support in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform assignments of moderate difficulty where work procedures are established, and a number of specific guidelines exist.

  • Analyze and resolve routine problems.

  • Refer deviations, problems, and unfamiliar situations to the supervisor for assistance.

  • Work with other specialists in planning and conducting special initiatives, studies, and projects.

  • Assist in preparing reports and briefings outlining study findings and recommendations.

  • Draft or prepare a variety of documents to include newsletter items, responses to routine inquiries, reports, letters, and other related documents.

Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen.

  • Active Secret Clearance required.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

  • Ten years of experience supporting Major Acquisition Program(s):

  • DHS/USCG Level 1, DoD ACAT I or equivalent

  • Including extensive experience in federal budget development/management, financial management, and Earned Value Management (EVM) support.

  • DHS/DAWIA Project Management Level III or active PMP or PgMP certification.
