Our client is a nonprofit organization with a great mission behind them! They are looking to hire a self-sufficient Recruiter to support the team during this busy period. The Ideal candidate will have 4+ years of recruitment experience handling full cycle recruiting and possess a good knowledge of sourcing tools/techniques. This opportunity provides a fully remote schedule. The duration of the contract will be for 6 months (potential to extend). If this sounds like a fit for you, please here.

Responsibilities
Complete full cycle recruitment.
Develop, facilitate, implement all phases of the recruitment process.
Partner with hiring manager to identify requirements and understand business needs.
Attend /participate in job fairs and recruiting sessions. Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
Responsible for new hire orientation & onboarding.
Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Attend and conduct interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
Manage candidate communication and salary expectations throughout the recruitment life cycle
Communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing, and lead presentations, training courses, and effective meetings is required.
Assist with job posting and advertising.
Develop knowledge of the NGO and international development sector.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as organization policies.
