Ivyhill Technologies LLC Project Manager (U.S. Coast Guard) - Washington DC Metro Area in Washington, District Of Columbia

Ivyhill has an immediate need for a Project Manager (PM) for its project located in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. The qualified candidate will work closely with USCG leadership and Command staff. The PM will serve as the primary point of contact for any potential performance issues, or disputes associated with the staff performance. Will also be responsible for supervising staff and ensuring staff meet project schedule and performance objectives; implementing quality measures; coordinating work activities; and assisting the client in achieving Quality Control Objectives.

Will be responsible for:

  • Providing oversight to recruiting staff located in USCG recruiting offices throughout the U.S.

  • Ensuring the recruiting activities for the assigned recruiting office meet mission requirements.

  • Ensuring the recruiting staff follow strict federal, departmental and organization guidelines for military accessions.

  • Utilizing a range of IT software and social media platforms to assist with meeting the USCG mission. Staff will be proficient with Microsoft 365 Suite Products, Apps and Services.

  • Supporting various effective recruiting communications for the specific recruiting office.

Requirements

The qualified candidate will have the following:

  • BS Degree

  • Experience managing a staff of 50+ employees.

  • Experience managing a staff in various locations across the U.S. (a plus).

  • Experience meeting strict deadlines.

  • USCG experience (desired).
