Ocean Bay, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Project Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Authorized supervisor for technical and administrative work performed, in addition to directing the preparation of all materials and reports that will be produced.

  • Responsible for the conduct of the project and who serves as the main point of contact.

  • Develops and monitors the work plan and organizes and monitors Contractor staff for the purpose of meeting project objectives.

  • Comply with project management policies and procedures as required in the task order.

  • Develop training and resources for community outreach by engaging, communicating, and influencing cooperation among motorcycle safety stakeholders and organizations to develop a safety plan on motorcycle safety.

Position Requirements:

  • Experience managing research projects on traffic safety problems, and typically has expertise in research design, data analysis, preparing research reports, and applying research findings to countermeasure development.

  • Experience with The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), including Motorcycle Safety, Traffic Safety, and State Highway Safety.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field

  • PMP Certification desired
