CACI is currently looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Program Manager to join our Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (SWIB) program.

What You’ll Get To Do:

  • Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of public or private sector organizations.

  • Formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources.

  • Responsible for support of program business and functional operations

  • Identifying and facilitating resolution of operational issues and acting as a liaison between technical and functional areas

  • May support the Program Manager in planning, monitoring the program activities

  • Prepare reports, responses, and briefings targeted to a wide range of audiences.

  • Act as project leader for projects with complex or voluminous documentation and may provide or coordinate special documentation services as required.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active SECRET Clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance

  • 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree, or 14 years or more of experience can be substituted for the Minimum Degree Requirements

  • Initiate, supervise, and/or develop requirements from a project’s inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs

  • Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff

  • Provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues

  • Consult with the client to define need or problem supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment

  • Knowledge of the Sponsor’s organization, mission, and partners

  • Experience with high visibility projects

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$86,800-$191,000
