Position Summary

RBCI is seeking a Program Manager to support the Enterprise Supply Chain and VA Logistics Redesign Program Management Office (VALOR) in Washington, DC. The Program Manager shall be responsible for leading cross-functional technical teams, using skills to achieve program results, facilitating the planning process, and developing program plans.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Duties and Responsibilities

The essential and specific functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develops cost projections and reporting cost, formulating, and enforcing work standards, assisting with integration work groups and activities across the Directorates, reviewing and resolving work discrepancies.
  • Maintains liaison and direction of lower-level managers, business, and technical staff.
  • Performs enterprise-wide integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems.
  • Guides planning sessions that result in inputs to both the visual plan, the business/programmatic integration forum, and the program management plans.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience
  • Experience in managing complex multidisciplinary business, advanced technology, research, or development programs.
  • Experience in project management, managing requirements, requirements workflow, business process narrative development, concepts into documentation and presentations.
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to communicate accurately and clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent problem solving and people skills.
  • Must be a U.S Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain Tier 2/MBI clearance.
