Job Title: IP Litigation ITC 337 Paralegal

Location: Washington DC

Salary: Up to $165,000+

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IP Litigation ITC 337 Paralegal with a strong background in trial support within federal courts. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of intellectual property law, specifically related to ITC Section 337 investigations, and possess a proven track record of providing comprehensive paralegal support throughout the litigation process.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the management and organization of complex IP litigation cases, with a focus on ITC Section 337 investigations.

Coordinate and track case timelines, deadlines, and filings.

Prepare trial documents, exhibits, and witness materials.

Coordinate trial logistics, including courtroom setup and coordination with legal teams.

Conduct in-depth legal research on relevant intellectual property laws and regulations.

Summarize legal opinions, rulings, and precedents for use in case strategy.

Oversee the review, analysis, and organization of voluminous legal documents.

Collaborate with attorneys to ensure accurate and efficient document management.

Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.

Assist in preparing clients for depositions and trial testimony.

Utilize e-discovery tools and other legal technology to streamline document management and trial preparation.

Ensure adherence to ethical standards and legal guidelines in all aspects of case management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certification.

Experience as an IP Litigation Paralegal, with specific experience in ITC Section 337 investigations.

Proven trial experience in federal courts.

Strong knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in legal research and document management tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is competitive, with a range up to $165,000 or higher based on experience and qualifications. In addition to the salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
