Job Summary

Our firm currently has an opening for an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join their personal injury/medical malpractice team in DC and Maryland, representing clients with medical malpractice matters in the DC metropolitan area. This is a perfect opportunity to join a firm with an established team of passionate individuals that are committed to upholding high standards of representation and customer service.  This is an in-office position (D.C.).

Qualifications and Skills

  • 4+ years of prior medical malpractice litigation experience.

  • Demonstrated experience with the rules and procedures of local jurisdictions.

  • Proficiency handling high volumes of cases.

  • Must be an active member and in good standing with the Maryland Bar (D.C. preferred).

  • Experience with discovery, depositions, and trial support.
