Insight Global Lead Application Penetration Tester in Washington, District Of Columbia
Job Description
Insight Globals client is looking for Lead Application Security Penetration Testers to join their team in Washington, DC. This person will work closely in a team of 5 individuals doing source code review and penetration testing to identify any security concerns or vulnerabilities within mobile applications. You will be testing security within a microservices based environment and performing some red team responsibilities. As the lead you will be responsible for doing quality checks on the documentation provided by other team members before pushing reports to stakeholders.
Compensation: $135,000 - $185,000 per year
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with source code reviews & pen testing
o SAST (Static Application security Testing)
o DAST (dynamic Application security Testing)
o SCA (software Composition Analysis)
- 2+ years of leadership roles
- Experience with iPhone and Android application testing
o Manual and automation testing
- Proficient in multiple coding languages
- Strong documentation on vulnerability/test assessments
- Cloud security experience
- Experience with multiple of the following technologies
o Checkmarx
o Corellium
o Synopsys
o Burp Suite Pro
o Plextrac,
o VeraCode
o Postman
o SmaertBear
o SoapUI
o Hashicorp Vault - Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
- Security certifications such as:
o GWAPT
o CEH
o OSCP
- Consulting experience from security service provider null
