CACI is currently looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (SWIB) program.

What You’ll Get To Do:

  • Responsible for support to government contracting and procurement agencies to perform pre-award and post-award contracting and procurement support.

  • Provides pre-award support to include drafting solicitations, coordinating requirements, and funding documents, conducting market research, and qualifying vendors.

  • Supports source selection activities including assisting technical and past performance evaluations and assisting in the preparation of source selection memoranda and decision documents.

  • Applies knowledge of the Federal Government acquisition process to support customers in the analysis and improvement of acquisition process policy and procedures.

  • Devises strategies for deploying and implementing new acquisition policy initiatives and measuring the effectiveness of implementation.

  • Uses quantitative analytical techniques to assess system acquisition process issues and develop risk reduction/mitigation approaches for improving acquisition/program planning, control, and execution.

  • Performs proposal cost and price analysis and coordinates with appropriate agencies on rate agreements and Cost Accounting Standards issues or material management system approvals.

  • Prepares award documents and post award contract modifications. Manages and administers complex contracts following contract award through contract closeout for supplies, services, construction, research and development, information technology or major weapons systems.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active SECRET Clearance or ability to obtain Secret Clearance

  • 3 years experience and a BA/BS degree, or 5 years or more of experience can be substituted for the Minimum Degree Requirements

  • Assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment

  • Knowledge of the Sponsor’s organization, mission, and partners

  • Experience with high visibility projects

The proposed salary range for this position is:
