Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is a leading-edge cybersecurity firm with a mission to safeguard and protect our customers from increasing threats and vulnerabilities in this digital age.

TDI is seeking an experienced Information Systems Security Engineer with expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Satellite, Linux systems administration, data center operations, and RSA Authentication Manager. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's information systems infrastructure. If you have a passion for cybersecurity and a desire to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain security measures to protect information systems infrastructure, focusing on RHEL and Linux environments.

  • Deploy and manage Red Hat Satellite server for system provisioning, patch management, and configuration management.

  • Perform regular security assessments, audits, and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.

  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor systems for security incidents and respond promptly to security breaches or unauthorized access attempts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into the software development lifecycle and infrastructure deployment processes.

  • Configure and maintain RSA Authentication Manager for secure authentication and access management.

  • Conduct security awareness training for staff members to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats, security technologies, and industry trends to continuously improve security posture.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and other IT staff regarding security-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.

  • Proven experience as a Security Engineer or Information Security Analyst, with a focus on RHEL, Linux, and data center environments.

  • In-depth knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Linux system administration, including system hardening, package management, and user management.

  • Hands-on experience with Red Hat Satellite server for system provisioning, patch management, and configuration management.

  • Proficiency in deploying and managing RSA Authentication Manager for secure authentication and access control.

  • Strong understanding of network security principles, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, VPN, IDS/IPS).

  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS) and industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify security risks.

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
