CACI is currently looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Human Capitol Analyst to join our Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (SWIB) program.

What You’ll Get To Do:

  • Support the recruitment and talent acquisition efforts of an organization

  • Analyze talent needs, market trends, and candidate pools to devise effective sourcing strategies

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of recruitment data, including applicant tracking systems and hiring metrics, to evaluate the efficiency and success of recruitment initiatives

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active SECRET Clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance

  • 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree

  • May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment

  • Knowledge of the Sponsor’s organization, mission, and partners

  • Experience with high visibility projects

The proposed salary range for this position is:
