About the Job

The role of Guest Service Specialist will assist in the efficient day to day operations of the property, monitoring activities and troubleshooting issues as they occur.

Days/Hours: Monday, Thursday and Friday 11:30am - 8:00pm / Saturday and Sunday 11:00am - 7:30pm / Tuesday and Wednesday OFF

Role and Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests warmly while handling the check in and check out processes.

• Process customer service requests via phone, emails, and list of activities to complete in the company database.

• Monitor the condition of the apartments and correct/report issues.

• Perform apartment light maintenance as needed and escalate larger repairs to the appropriate party.

• Assist with ordering household inventory, storage organization and completing inventory audits.

• Ensure residents are following property rules

• Ensure offices and public areas are kept neat and organized

Education/ Experience Required

Hospitality training degree preferred but not required. Customer Service experience; 2 plus years' in some (but doesn't have to include all) of the following areas; household maintenance, resolving customer grievances, front desk.

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 hourly
