RP is seeking an experienced professional to meet and exceed customer needs as a high-level executive support professional

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties include calendar management, expense management, travel planning and literary creation 

  • Proactively partner with SBA leadership team to drive effective management and operations as well as execution of strategic initiatives to include: Accurate note taking, maintenance of files, data/report compilation   

  • Manage cross-functional responsibilities with other SBA staff members in order to drive agency-wide programs to success 

  • Hands-On management of multiple workstreams simultaneously, including tracking and managing next steps  

  • Partner with leadership to develop agendas and meeting materials, create project timelines, track follow-up items, and ensure completion among all responsible parties 

  • Clearly and independently communicate (written and verbal) status updates, issues and potential solutions (inclusive of executive-level meetings and engagements) 

  • Others duties as assigned  

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of experience

  • Ability to work onsite in Washington, D.C. up to 5 days per week

  • Experience in major enterprise operating environment and/or highly matrixed environment

  • Proficiency with MS Office tools

  • The ability to work for any US employer without requiring sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an Administrative/Support function

  • Advanced degree and/or PMP certification preferred
