Hogan Lovells Washington office seeks a mid-level associate to join our dynamic Energy Regulatory practice. Hogan Lovells' Energy Regulatory practice is one of the largest and most diverse in the United States. We represent a significant range of clients on high stakes transactions, cutting edge projects, and regulatory matters involving the nuclear, gas and oil, LNG, electric and renewable energy spaces.? Our work also involves engaging with a host of government agencies, including some of the most challenging and interesting proceedings before the NRC (e.g., advanced reactor licensing, fusion, decommissioning), FERC (e.g., pipeline rate cases, LNG licensing), DOE (e.g., renewables, funding opportunities, export controls), and other agencies.? Much of our work focuses at the intersection of business, law, international relations, and policy on first-of-a-kind matters. We seek a team-oriented associate, particularly one with experience in nuclear regulatory work and/or with an understanding of the NRC.
