Summary

The responsibilities of the Data and Insights Coordinator are to perform data management, project coordination, and administrative work to support the Customer Data & Insights (CD&I) team and stakeholders. This role serves as an integral part of the CD&I team, which supports data related requirements of numerous business units, by providing reporting, data management, and user support. This role will assist with the development and continued support communications, trainings, and helping to identify and implement new business practices. You will work closely with other team members and stakeholders to ensure we provide accurate, reliable, and actionable data-driven insights and recommendations.

This position will support our Customer Experience team and is eligible to work a remote schedule.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Uses a variety of applications to organize, document, and maintain feedback, financial, operational data and processes to support the CD&I team and stakeholders

  • Supports user testing/functional testing of various data flows and systems

  • Responsible for accurate data entry, verification, and maintenance of certain source data using various software and databases

  • Works to ensure clean data and data mapping support during transitions in systems, data models, changes in the business

  • Supports the team with project coordination and keeping overarching projects on track

  • Assists with developing and updating presentations and documents for data project initiatives

  • Proactively identifies, researches and resolves end user issues / questions

  • Assist in developing and updating presentations and documents for data projects and initiatives

  • Independently creates and maintains professional training materials and job aides

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience with certifications); preferred in business or technical subject (mathematics, analytics, computational sciences, finance, statistics, or related field)

  • Technically savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel,Powerpoint, Sharepoint; more advanced product familiarity is a strongly weighted plus (PowerBI, Tableau, PowerAutomate)

  • Proven ability to gain understanding of complex data flows & systems

  • Proven ability to develop professional presentations, training materials, job aides

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality

  • Strong work ethic

  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of survey design, administration, and analysis methods and tools, such as SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, etc.

  • Knowledge of data quality standards, data governance, and data security protocols
