Guidehouse Data Analyst in WASHINGTON, District Of Columbia

What You Will Do :

The data analyst will support a growing team to migrate data from multiple data sources (including hardcopy and PDFs) into a structured case management solution. The resource will also assist with business process improvement and automation projects to help streamline current activities. Common duties include.

  • File manipulation, loading, conversion services, database indexing, and quality checks of loads.

  • Develop, evaluate, and modify methodologies and procedures for manipulating files for use with COTS products and litigation support applications.

  • Ensuring that incoming case information, records, and productions are made pursuant to the applicable specifications and when deficiencies are found, provides Program Lead with detailed notice of deficiencies.

  • Perform advanced tasks related to importing and exporting data from inter-agency, third-party, and databases, including but not limited to identifying data for import and export, confirming redactions and other markups, ensuring that exports comply with applicable specifications, and quality check of exported data.

What You Will Need :

  • An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

  • THREE (3) or more years of relevant experience working with data.

What Would Be Nice To Have :

  • An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI federal security clearance

  • TWO (2) or more years’ experience performing eDiscovery or other legal document management roles including but not limited to electronic files processing (EFP), image and data file conversion, data culling using review tools, quality assurance, database loads and retrieval, and data analysis.

  • Knowledge of Government’s IT environment, including office automation networks, PC and server-based applications preferred. Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, PowerBI, Tableau, Office365 applications, Relativity, or other document processing platforms.

  • PMP or similar certification
