Job Description:

The ideal candidate will support ASN, FM&C with the development of the Government Furnished Property Pilot.

Duties will include:

  • Data extraction and management from authoritative data sources and a wide range of DON and DoD source systems.

  • Manage structured and unstructured data through proprietary applications to establish comprehensive, structured data sets.

  • Utilize object models within proprietary data analytics frameworks to link relationships between data and objects.

  • Identify data discrepancies to resolve disparities between various data sources.

  • · Functional Responsibility: Performs independent quality assurance reviews of program performance and deliverables to ensure that contractual obligations are met. Responsibility for on-site quality control, review and approval of working papers and findings and adherence to applicable standards, laws, policy, and regulations. Leads teams for complex work streams and/or are recognized experts in the area of accounting or financial management and business systems. Level IVs primarily interact with FM&C and Government clients at the Division Head and above Level.

  • Relevant Experience: Experience supporting IT Development (SDLC - Technical documentation, requirements, design, testing, change management or deployment) or creating/maintaining databases or data and analytics experience (creation of data visualizations, data analytic reports, data cleansing scripts and processes or performing technical data analytics) for State or Federal Government agencies or large, complex companies (greater than 1,000) employees.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a field of study relevant to his/her professional role.

Nine (9) years of progressive, relevant experience, including six (6) years of experience leading change management services and related projects.
