ICF Cybersecurity Program Analyst - Energy - Security Clearance (Hybrid) in Washington, District Of Columbia

ICF is seeking an Energy Cybersecurity Program Analyst to support our U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) client in its mission to ensure the energy delivery system is secure, resilient, and reliable. This role will primarily provide program management support, partner coordination, partner agreement management, and informational product support and development for the agency’s cyber preparedness programs which support owners and operators of critical energy infrastructure.

The office’s priorities include building the energy sector’s capabilities to share timely cybersecurity information, improving cybersecurity preparedness, and preparing for cyber incident response and recovery.

The client works closely with energy sector stakeholders, including industry, National Laboratories, Department of Defense, academia, and federal, state, tribal, and local government agencies.

This full-time position is for a hybrid role combining regular work at the client site in Washington DC with possibility of up to two days remote work.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Provide analytic and management support for energy cybersecurity programs.

  • Assist in executing program activities, including drafting briefs, talking points, summaries, memos, and agreements.

  • Participate in team and individual activities, including preparing for, attending, and documenting the results of meetings with stakeholders.

  • Tracking progress on various events, entries, and activities.

  • Preparing communications for leadership at multiple levels.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, analytic, technical, program management or relative field.

  • 2+ years of experience in energy systems, cybersecurity, or related field.

  • Project management support experience.

  • Must have working knowledge of how to write and interpret MOU and MOAs.

  • Basic understanding of cyber and network security.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in a consulting environment, particularly for the federal government.

  • Self-starter with the ability to anticipate the sequence of events in project planning.

  • Advanced understanding of the Microsoft Office tool suite

  • Proficient oral and written communication skills.

  • Active, in-scope Security clearance.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$65,820.00 - $111,894.00
