Summary Description As a representative of Dog Tag and our organization’s mission, you must be highly motivated, energized, organized and have a passion for great service. The Catering Team Member role demands a skill for multi-tasking, organizing, attention to detail and helping to maintain a positive work environment. As the face of our organization you must be service oriented and help nurture relationships with our customers and partners. This role is also in charge of ensuring the successful delivery and guest satisfaction of our catering and wholesale offerings. Key Responsibilities & Duties • Oversee, prepare, and complete the packaging and plating of orders. • Assist with printing shipping labels. • Communicate any order needs to the kitchen and corresponding Dog Tag team. • Review Special Events calendar to track all orders; coordinate with the team as necessary for special requests. • Professional communication and teamwork with all Dog Tag staff and Fellows. • Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of all deliveries. • Assist client in delivery and set up (if asked) of product in event space • Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards. • Follow all safety and sanitation policies in accordance with District of Columbia Health Code. Qualifications • Valid Driver’s License. • Clear understanding and enthusiasm for Dog Tag Inc. mission. • Clean driving record and safe driving practices. • Great attention to detail and works well under pressure. • Work schedule will be flexible; must be available Monday-Friday during business hours.
