We are seeking an experienced, motivated Account Coordinator , you will: 

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and communications and training materials in support of a high-profile federal public awareness campaign 

  • Support and maintain a robust strategic communications calendar

  • Coordinate with the creative team on the process of developing, designing, and printing event, training, and campaign materials  

  • Coordinate with internal creative and technical teams to ensure communications and marketing materials are developed on time and within budget  

  • Manage plans for promotions and special events; organize event schedules and timelines; coordinate with outside vendors and

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Minimum of four years of experience related to corporate communications, public relations, or journalism.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

  • U.S. Citizenship required (required by federal government for the position)

Professional Skills:

  • Experience with orchestrating the development of marketing and communications collateral (print and online) and for a variety of channels (e.g. e-mail, social, and events, trainings)  

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective national and local campaigns with measurable results   

  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills  

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  

  • Responsive and open to feedback  

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities  

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment  

  • Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude  

  • Creative thinker with innovative approach to problem solving  

  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)  

  • Experience supporting a government or federal agency  

Job Location: Washington, DC metro area. Role will be required to meet with client on-site in DC, as requested.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$59,837.00 - $101,722.00
