TriTech Enterprise Systems, Inc. Senior Desktop/Mobility Endpoint Support Engineer in Washington DC, District Of Columbia

TriTech Enterprise Systems, Inc. (TriTech) is seeking a ' Senior Desktop / Mobility Endpoint Support Engineer' to support a Washington, DC client.  The candidate will work as part of the Client’s End Point Computing Services Team and will be required to work a set schedule Monday – Friday. In addition, the candidate will be required to one at least one day onsite.  The candidate should demonstrate strong technical knowledge and experience with cloud-based and on-prem Endpoint Management platforms, Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) tools, Microsoft Intune, VMware WorkspaceOne UEM.  Lastly, ability to engage with business and IT stakeholders, across multiple Platform to solve complex technology challenges.

Technical Skills:

The candidate must have the following skills:

  • Strong Level 1 network and VPN diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.

  • At least 3 years’ experience with: deploying, configuring, and supporting iOS devices in a client/server environment; and administration and management of mobile devices (MDM) and mobile applications (MAM) through on-prem and/or cloud/SaaS infrastructure.

  • At least 5 years’ experience with scripting in PowerShell, Python, C++, Java-script, SQL, HTML 4 or Swift.

  • At least 7 years of overall IT experience, including a minimum of 5 years of experience providing general desktop support with previous experience opening and maintaining support cases via BMC Remedy, ServiceNow or similar.

  • At least 5 years’ experience in supporting business enablement applications, such as Microsoft O365 product stack.

  • At least 5 years’ experience in with Mobile application development, mobile device management solutions such as Airwatch, Mobile Iron, Intune is a plus.

  • Experience with engineering PKI concepts and certificate integrations; hands on experience integrating SKD’s into mobile apps.

  • Excellent written and oral communications are required, as this position will interface with clients via phone and e-mail and in person. Demonstrated ability to concisely summarize and document client issues is required, including experience with creating and updating technical documentation.

  • 2 years minimum experience planning and executing activities using Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.

  • Experience with managing headless Linux servers/navigating through Terminal.

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills who can work with people at various levels of the organization.

    Other Preferred Skills:

  • US Citizenship Required

  • Education Experience: BS/BA in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field HIGHLY DESIRABLE

  • Certifications Required: A+, MCDST, MTA, MOS, or similar certification is PREFERABLE

  • This position may require occasional travel, weekend, and/or overtime work.

  • Place of Performance: hybrid work, onsite at Washington DC Metro Campus and Telework.
