THE OPPORTUNITY

The Product Manager is responsible for managing the implementation and enhancement of new products and services. They will work with Product Teams, Segment Leaders, Platform, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing to support the delivery of cutting-edge semiconductor leveraged content..  A key part of this role will be to leverage existing TechInsights products and assets as a foundation to build a compelling Supply Chain offering.  This includes near term implementation of existing products, creation of the roadmap of product(s) and offering(s) which will serve the Procurement, Financial, and Supply Chain Manager personas

While this role will have significant interaction with sales, customers, and prospects, the focus will be on building the product offering which leverage TechInsights’ comprehensive coverage of the semiconductor industry to the target persona.  This role will be measured on three primary measures:

  • Active Users of the TechInsights Platform driven by the product offer

  • Successful penetration of the product offer within specific target segments.

  • While AVAC (Annualized Value of Active Contracts) is managed at the segment level, AVAC growth is expected for the resulting offer.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Drive Active Users for the Offer

  • Prioritize segments to target (in cooperation with the Segment Leaders)

  • Leverage existing content plans across the capability units

  • Create materials which provide clarity about the high value recurring use cases for the product offers

  • Work with Segment Leadership to enhance products and product offers to drive increased value to customers

  • Develop and communicate a roadmap of enhancements to increase value and depth for customers by customer segment.

  • Develop case studies based on high value, recurring use cases for our content to be used for marketing and sales purposes

  • Define the product roadmap for the offering

  • Implement and execute needed product enhancements needed for launch and to deliver the product roadmap.

  • This involves:

  • Coordinating efforts across product teams in different capability units

  • Consolidating and coordinating product requirements driven by segment leaders

  • Aggregating stakeholder support to fund non-budgeted product enhancements

    WHO YOU ARE

  • Requires 5-10 years of Product Management experience

  • Requires 3-5 years of experience with Supply Chain Management.

  • Requires 5-10 years of experience working in the Information Services, Research and Analysis, or similar industry.

  • Requires a 4 year college degree or greater

  • Requires experience working directly with customers and sales teams

  • Strong consideration will be given to those with backgrounds in

  • Semiconductor Design, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Management

  • Automotive Planning, Design, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Management

  • Product Manufacturing Planning, Design, and Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Management

  • Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment Marketing, Planning, and Design.
