CyberPro is looking for a Senior Management Analyst in support of a high op-tempo, high visibility, and high-impact office within the Department of Health and Human Services. This consultant needs to have scheduling, travel planning, and correspondence management experience on behalf of an executive agency. Additionally, a wide knowledge of software platforms such as Microsoft Suite, Adobe, advanced Windows, Zoom, Outlook, etc. is crucial. The Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) is a public health preparedness and emergency response organization in the Office of the Secretary at the United States Department of Health and Human Services. ASPR was created under the Pandemic and All Hazards Preparedness Act in the wake of Hurricane Katrina to lead the nation in preventing, preparing for, and responding to the adverse health effects of public health emergencies and disasters. The Immediate Office (IO) is the executive leadership program office within ASPR.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain management over senior leadership daily scheduling.
  • Ensure records/file management and communications organization for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate activities with direct reports and other staff while providing administrative support with front office operations.
  • Coordinate special projects such as data calls, market research, budgeting, contracts, white papers, reports, and briefings.
  • Prepare agency meetings, conferences, and senior level forums by compiling information, preparing briefings, and conducting final quality control of read-ahead packets.
  • Serve operations and senior level meetings by generating and synthesizing meeting information/notes and prepare executive correspondence for signature.
  • Review and edit content submitted by ASPR staff for accuracy of content in relation to program objectives and issues such as correspondence, reports, white papers, staffing/hiring documentation, management directives, policies, toolkits, etc.
  • Manage office logistics such as seat assignments, supply inventory, and business card orders.
  • Synthesize information provided from across the Department and outside agencies to enable the organization to discern key facts and issues.
  • Collaborate with senior staff for comprehensive preparation of concept and position papers.
  • Develop agency correspondence that communicates the intent on key issues.
  • Draft and revise content on behalf of the agency such as letters, memorandums, notifications, recommendations, and acknowledgements.
  • Prepare and manage the senior leadership travel logistics and accounting.

Qualifications:

Required Education:

  • Bachelors degree in a related topic area

Required Experience:

  • 8-10 years of applicable experience
  • Scheduling
  • Travel logistics
  • Meeting management
  • Up-to-date software skills (e.g., Microsoft Suite - especially Excel, Adobe, advanced Windows, Teams, Zoom, Outlook, etc.)

Required Clearance:

  • Public Trust Eligible
