Compensation: $65,000-$70,000

Aitheras LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced eDiscovery Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eDiscovery services and litigation support, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience in FOIA requests fulfillment for the Federal Government.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project planning, SOP development, personnel supervision, and execution of quality assurance plans

  • Manage all metrics, reporting, meetings, and interfaces with the government related to the project's activities

  • Ensure the collation and submission of all deliverables

  • Act as the most senior member of the vendor team, taking full responsibility for the successful completion of the project

  • Maintain compliance with directives for the secure handling of documents

  • Work closely with clients to manage expectations and minimize risk exposure

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree required; graduate degrees and eDiscovery-related technical certifications strongly preferred

  • Certification in an eDiscovery program preferred

  • Minimum 5 years of experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex and large cases involving complex eDiscovery challenges

  • Three years of experience in fulfilling FOIA requests for the Federal Government

  • Thorough knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements governing FOIA responses

  • Two or more years of experience using the NUIX eDiscovery system (Workstation and Investigate
