Job Title: eDiscovery Application Administrator III

Compensation: $60,000-$65,000/year

Aitheras LLC is seeking an experienced and highly skilled eDiscovery Application Administrator III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Nuix Workstation and Nuix Investigate, as well as a deep understanding of various IT environments, security requirements, and database management applications. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, along with a proven track record in implementing and managing large-scale systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical lead for Nuix-related tasks, including performing productions, creating Nuix caselets, deduplication, debugging documents, establishing tagging hierarchies, and optimizing case SOPs

  • Work on backlogged cases using Nuix Investigate, developing reports, defensibility records, and supporting the quality control regimen

  • Design, obtain equipment and software, install, integrate, and test systems in the required environment

  • Plan and manage storage technology, performance capacity, applications, and human factors issues

  • Analyze business processes and distributed processing

  • Ensure compliance with government security requirements, including NIST, E-Gov, FIPS, FISMA, and DOJ regulations

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred, preferably in computer science or management information/technology disciplines

  • Technical certifications in Nuix Workstation and Nuix Investigate

  • At least three years of hands-on experience implementing systems such as UNIX, Windows, Oracle, Relativity, and web hosting

  • At least one year of experience setting up large-scale database management applications

  • Six months of on-the-job experience at the specific installation being administered

  • In-depth knowledge of the government's IT environments, including office automation networks and PC and server-based databases and applications

  • Familiarity with government security requirements and litigation support experience

  • Proven management skills and excellent written and oral communication skills required
