Danaher Corporation DBS Digital Marketing Manager in Washington DC, District Of Columbia

The professional in this DBS Digital Marketing Manager role is a key member of the DBS Communications & Learning team, bringing focus and energy to the ever-important digital workspace, connecting Danaher associates with virtual and hybrid engagement of DBS.

You will develop and own the DBS Office’s digital marketing plan and execute its tactics, ensuring alignment with the broader DBS Communications strategy to drive maximum engagement of DBS with Danaher associates. This includes the development, execution, and reporting for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, our email provider, as well as the structure and design of the DBS intranet (housed in SharePoint). You will guide the team on best practices for email communication, including subject line strategy, layout and design. These skills will come together in digital campaign management, like onboarding and internal product launches.

The Danaher Business System (DBS) Office is an engaged, dynamic team that connects to Danaher’s operating companies and helps them solve their toughest challenges. The DBS Communications and Learning team supports those activities and encourages further engagement with the culture, tools, and principles of DBS through digital channels.

  • Own and improve the Salesforce Marketing Cloud database, reporting, analytics, engagement optimization, and journey mapping and creation.

  • Manage the database integrations and ensure data is up to date, interfacing with IT and Salesforce as needed.

  • Own and enter campaign KPIs

  • Build and maintain customer journeys

  • Create and optimize all email templates and designs consistent with the Danaher brand

  • Drive email engagement by creating effective subject lines, messaging, and layouts to improve open and clickthrough email rates.

  • Operate the DBS intranet site, based in SharePoint. This includes supporting the transition from SharePoint Classic to Modern, and after the transition:

  • Build and maintain the structure, design, and standard work for the Intranet pages owned by the DBS Office on Danaher Connect to provide an enhanced and effective user experience.

  • Monitor the site with Google Analytics

  • Problem-solve on bounce rate, regularly conduct VOC research and collect feedback on what’s working and not

  • Launch DBS tools, courses, programs, and frameworks:

  • Partner with the DBS Office cross-functionally to support the continuous development and implementation of global content and campaigns, including objectives for digital launch and adoption of DBS tools, courses, processes and best practices.

  • Support the Danaher.com website and social media channels with content and campaigns

  • Support Danaher’s external brand team with digital application of DBS messaging on both the public Danaher website as well as social media channels, primarily LinkedIn.
